If you would prefer not to pay by Standing Order, you may return your form accompanied by a cheque. The Annual Subscription is £18 for those in employment and £6 for all others.

Depending on which Browser, and version of "Microsoft Word" that you are running on your Computer, you may be able to load and print the forms directly. If not, elect to save them to disk and print them out later.
